Matthew catered for our Ruby Wedding celebration a few weeks ago for about 70 guests in a local church hall. We opted for a hot-fork buffet with beef bourguignon and vegetable stroganoff, with rice, salad, and baguettes, followed by berries and cream. The food was delicious – the beef especially received a lot of compliments from our guests – and the service couldn't have been better. Kevin the chef was first rate – very helpful and accommodating, and the two waitresses were excellent – friendly and helpful. All the clearing up was done efficiently, and the kitchen left immaculate. Matthew was very helpful from the outset guiding us through the various options, and very patient over the ever-changing guest count.

We would have no hesitation about using Matthew again and can highly recommend MJT Catering for your hospitality requirements.
