I found Matthew and his team on the internet and had no personal recommendations but I am really glad I used MJT for my 60th birthday barbecue. I did not know how caterers would cope with feeding 85 guests in a back garden but he had it all under control. Matthew was happy to pop round and look at the garden beforehand and discuss with me what I would like, and he organised hiring all the crockery and glasses too. On the night the food was all well cooked and of excellent quality and I have had so many people saying how much they enjoyed the barbecue, the salads and the puddings. Even a torrential downpour just before the barbecues were about to be lit was handled with no panic and I was able to enjoy my party and leave all the food in the hands of the professionals, just as I wanted.
